Keynote Interview: Mary Anne Hobbs (BBC Radio 6)

On the one hand, Mary Anne has been broadcasting great new music on the radio for over 20 years and has become one of the most influential music media personalities in recent decades. On the other, she’s toured the world as a live DJ in the last decade, playing to her biggest crowd of 15,000 people at Sonar Festival in Barcelona. On top of that, she’s also an artistic advisor and curator at the BBC 6 Music and Manchester International festivals. Let’s hear how she’s combining all her roles, how they’re weaving together and nourishing each other, and how she manages to stay on top of what she’s doing.
